WARRENTY POLICY

Congratulations!!

Now you are a proud owner of a Oyla Voltage Stabilizer, which is the result of years of technological research. Every Stabilizer is inspected and tested thoroughly before delivery and are sold only when if these are tested OK by our efficient team of Engineers.

However, we undertake to replace the unit sold for a period of 12 months and after that we undertake to repair it FREE OF CHARGE for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, if case of any occurrence of defect found in the material or workmanship in the unit sold.

Please ensure that excess voltage beyond the mentioned level is not fed to the stabilizer, which can cause serious damage to the stabilizer and connected equipment, in which case this warranty will have no application.

This warranty does not cover damages caused to the cabinet or any trouble arising from misuse of the stabilizer by over-loading or repair affected by unauthorized persons. Furthermore, the warranty is subject to condition that replacement and repairs are done by our own personnel.

Bringing the product to Oyla Service Centre or delivery to authorized Dealer for its service is the responsibility of the owner.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover? Our warranties do not cover any problem that is caused by:

A. Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or
workmanship.

B. Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper

installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident or alteration.

C. Accessories, connected materials and products, or related products not manufactured

by Oyla.
